Civilian Arms Training Source exists to provide shooters of all backgrounds and ability levels with modern tactical firearms training to promote gun safety, teach new skills, and save lives.
We deliver quality training for civilians, military and law enforcement and offer a variety of classes at shooting ranges across Southern California and in Clark County, Nevada.

ORANGE COUNTY
CCW PERMIT TRAINING
Looking to obtain a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit to protect yourself and your family?
We are an authorized training provider for the Orange County Sheriff's Department. The department only accepts training certificates from authorized training providers.

We offer classes for those seeking to obtain their first/initial CCW and existing permit holders seeking a renewal. For existing permit holders, we also offer a special class on drawing and shooting from concealment.

PRIVATE TRAINING IS AVAILABLE
Private pistol, rifle and shotgun classes.
We offer private and customizable pistol, rifle, and shotgun classes for first-time gun owners/shooters and experienced shooters needing a refresher.
Private training sessions are conducted at the CATS Headquarters in La Palma, California. Gun rental included.

ANNUAL TRAINING PLANS
We offer several subscription plans based on your training needs and budget.
Your subscription will start today and automatically renew every twelve months until cancelled. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused classes. Classes are not transferable and must be used by purchaser.

Civilian Arms Training Source (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality training. Due to the nature of scheduled firearms training, range reservations, and limited class sizes, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases.
1. All Sales Policy
All class purchases are non-refundable except as outlined in this policy.
2. Student Cancellations & Rescheduling
A. More Than 72 Hours Before Class

You may reschedule your class at no charge

No refunds will be issued
B. Within 72 Hours of Class

Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion and may be subject to a rescheduling fee
C. Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show

3. Late Arrival Policy

Students arriving late may be denied participation for safety and instructional integrity

4. Course Completion Requirements

5. Safety & Conduct Dismissal

8. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
By registering for a class or purchasing a voucher, you agree to this policy.
Initiating a chargeback without valid cause or without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

Additional administrative fees to recover disputed funds where permitted by law
9. Gift Certificates / Transfers

Class registrations may be transferable to another eligible participant with prior approval

The substitute participant must meet all course requirements
10. Products & Merchandise
