Class Description

You will learn what is needed to pass the county CCW examination and receive your Certificate of Training required by the Orange County Sherriff's Department (OCSD) as part of your permit application. Taking this class and even passing the examination does not guarantee your application will be approved by OCSD. By law, this class can take up to sixteen hours to complete. It is recommended that all CCW candidates purchase liability insurance upon completion of this course. Bring 72 rounds of ammo for your first gun and 20 rounds for each additional gun. Sorry, vouchers are not accepted for this class.
