If you're ever unfortunate enough to find yourself in a gun fight, how quickly you react and how you move your body may save your life. Center Axis Relock (CAR), developed by late law enforcement trainer Paul Castle, utilizes a bladed stance, efficient body movement and harmonious bone alignment to create a speedy, stable and highly-effective immediate personal defense system.
The CAR System incorporates pistol, rifle and shotgun; offers unmatched weapon retention; and excels in close-quarters battle. At Civilian Arms Training Source, we understand the CAR System, having been trained, certified and mentored by the legendary creator himself. Since Paul left us in 2011 due to cancer, it has been our honor and privilege to build upon CAR and continue to train others under the banner of Immediate Personal Defense (IPD) Systems.
