Lance has been instructing with CATS for four years and currently holds an managerial position with a popular office supply company in Southern California. Lance is an accomplished instructor holding all certificates in all disciplines and is a Sabre Tactical Instructor certified to teach Center Axis Relock through IPD Systems. Lance believes in educating the citizenry and is in legal-standing to own and possess a firearm to salvage our Second Amendment rights.
